The first step in our leasing process is to come to our facility for a private tour of the grounds. We provide an upscale location accompanied with amenities that we like you to be able to see first-hand.

Your dream of salon ownership is closer than you think. Follow our 6 Step Process to see how easy it is to become your own boss and build the business you deserve.
Step 3 - Submit Your Security Deposit
We do not require a credit check, or a large downpayment for you to get started. All we ask for is a one-time security deposit equivalent to one weeks rent. Your deposit is 100% refundable.
Step 5 - Create Custom Floor Plan
Once the previous steps are done, we will need to get a suite design from you. We will come together and create a layout that is functional and fun for your suite. Suites are fully customizable.
Step 2 - Select Your Suite
Once you are familiar with the layout and amenities of our facility, it will be time for you to select the style and size of the suite you are interested in. This is the most fun step of the process!
Step 4 - Sign Leasing Agreement
Once you have picked out your suite, it will be time to review and sign your leasing agreement. We will use this time to go over any final questions and get you more acquainted.
Step 6 - Start Your Journey
Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a new salon suite! We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you, and are here to help you every step of the way. Welcome to the Mia Salon Suite family.
